This has always been our favorite go to kit for the RB20/RB25/RB26 platform, capable of making up to 420kw at the wheels on 30psi on E85, this is one of the most responsive and best sounding turbos on the market for 500hp driven on the street. We have used this exact combo on numerous customers cars, one of which has lasted almost 3 years now on 450whp and we didn't even fit water lines! (don't do that though because it will void warranty lol). Full boost on 98 is usually achieved at 4000rpm, but will begin making positive pressure at 3000rpm. E85 will increase the response time.
