The Skyline Shed - TSS 'V2' High Mount Dump and Screamer Pipe Kit to suit R32 / R33 / R34

The Skyline Shed is proud to bring you the WORLDS FIRST high mount dump and screamer pipe kit with optional AES Racing valve to suit the Nissan Skyline and GTR Platform using a RB20/Rb25/RB26 block (RB30 block kits incoming).

Our kits will bolt onto your catalytic converter and suit most high mount turbo applications, specifically Boosted Manifolds and 6boost manifolds in a G30/G35 style turbo (see pictures). We prefer the boosted manifolds over anything else on the market because they are very consistent and have cast merge collectors, ensuring that every manifold is identical across the line.

The fitment is amazing in our kits and in most cases will clear your AC lines and ABS units/brake lines, we still recommend putting some form of heat wrap or shielding on your AC lines and also for your brake lines if you have ABS. The dump pipe is designed to suit a Garrett/Aeroflow/Pulsar 3" V-band rear housing and the screamer pipe suits 50mm Turbosmart/GFB/Aeroflow/Pulsar wastegates. 

KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• TSS Custom 3.5” V-band Two-Piece Stainless Steel Dump Pipe to suit 3" V-band turbo rear housing from Garrett/Aeroflow/Pulsar.
• TSS Custom 2” V-band Stainless Steel Screamer Pipe to suit 50mm gate.
  
• V-Band Clamp to fit Dump pipe to rear of turbocharger.
• 'Quick release' V-band Clamp to fit dump to front pipe.
  
• O2 Sensor Port Block off Bung (easier for tuner to plug in and out of for tuning and for those running a wideband).
• *Optional* 3.5" AES Racing Exhaust Valve with solenoid and compressor kit.
• *Optional* Turbosmart GenV 50mm Progate in Black/Blue/Red/Purple.

DUMP PIPE KIT INFO:

• Unique Two Piece design, Dump pipe + Front Pipe.
• Utilizes 3.5" stainless steel piping.
• Is designed to suit 3" V-band Turbocharger rear housings from Garrett/Aeroflow/Pulsar.
• Bolts onto factory OEM Cat Converter using a Billet two bolt flange.
• Comes with two O2 Sensor ports and a block off bung for one of them to make tuning a breeze as most tuners prefer to use their own O2 sensors when tuning.
• Has a flex joiner to ensure movement without cracking, the flex joiner also allows for a bit of adjustment.
• Comes with 3.5" Quick Release V-Band Clamp for front pipe.
• Comes with 3" V-band clamp for Dump pipe.
  

SCREAMER PIPE INFO:

• Utilizes 2" Stainless piping.
• Is designed to suit 50mm Turbosmart Gen V Progate.
  
• Can be modified and plumbed into the dump pipe at your own expense once fitted, this could be to comply with your local roads and traffic authority or state laws for emissions purposes.
  

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• DOES NOT WORK WITH RB30 BLOCKS AS THEY ARE TALLER.
• AC piping may or may not need a slight bend where it meets the firewall, this is normal procedure for any high mount turbo kit.
  
• AC piping may or may not need to be re-made as custom units on NA cars as the turbo models provide ALOT of clearance but the NA ones do not due to their lengthier lines that sag down near the dump pipe area.
• Many components of this kit are pretty straight forward to install, but the installation should ultimately be overseen by someone with the correct level of experience to ensure you do not have anything fail or get damaged in the startup or installation process.
• There are no guarantees on the fitment of the dump where it meets your cat converter, there are so many skylines out there with aftermarket cats or exhausts that have been tampered with, but we did develop our kit and test it on many platforms and many manifolds other than Boosted are hand made and due to human error will move the position of the turbo/runners and may cause fitment issues.
• This kit is for TRACK USE ONLY and you should check with your local authority on the legality of fitting this kit to your street registered vehicle.
