One of PPG's most infamous gearsets, this exact product powered Theo Woolett's 8 second R32 GTR to the title of fastest H pattern gearbox powered GTR in the world. Able to withstand over 1000 engine horsepower, this set has endured punishing abuse in all corners of the globe and has an unrivalled reputation as a near bulletproof drivetrain solution for those not wanting to fit a costly sequential gearbox to their GTR, GTST or Z32 300ZX.

A direct fitment product that comes complete with 1-2 and 3-4 billet selector forks and 26-Spline Heavy Duty Input Shaft. This is the set that allowed the GTR to get into the 8's. This kit now comes with a new split ring retaining system which replaces some of the OEM Clips which are known to fail and cause issues.

CRITICAL INFORMATION: 

  • Please opt for the billet Mainshaft and Billet Sandwich Plate for applications 650hp or more, these upgrades are recommended if you plan to do hard launches from a stand still. 
  • This is a Helical Dog Box upgrade service with 1-4 dog engagement (uses oem 5th gear and we supply a new synchro for it).
  • Ratios are 2.651 / 1.682 / 1.251 / 1.000 / STD.
  • Uses GM Spline 26 tooth Input Shaft.

TSS Rebuild service for R32 / R33 / R34 GTR Transfer Case, this service comes in 3 different stages:

Standard Service:

  • Disassemble and Industrial wash transfer case and components.
  • Replacement of filter/strainer unit.
  • Replacement of seals with OEM Nissan items.
  • Replacement of bearings with majority OEM Nissan items, some bearings are discontinued from Nissan and are sourced locally from a reputable bearing store.
  • Full inspection of all remaining components and report if anything is worn/needs replacement (replacement parts if needed are charged at an extra cost, but the customer will be advised of any additional costs once inspection has taken place).
  • Measurement and inspection of existing friction plates, if any existing plates are worn and show to have no life left, you will be notified and charged $75 per plate that needs replacing.

Full Service:

  • Disassemble and Industrial wash transfer case and components
  • Replacement of filter/strainer unit.
  • Replacement of ALL 7 friction plates and an additional friction plate installed (8 in total) to take up slack and reduce slippage due to extra power, this is recommended for all applications between 500-800hp at the wheels.
  • Replacement of seals with OEM Nissan items
  • Replacement of bearings with majority OEM Nissan items, some bearings are discontinued from Nissan and are sourced locally from a reputable bearing store.
  • Full inspection of all remaining components and report if anything is worn/needs replacement (replacement parts if needed are charged at an extra cost, but the customer will be advised of any additional costs once inspection has taken place).
  • Transfer Chain replaced.

Pro Service:

  • Disassemble and Industrial wash transfer case and components.
  • Replacement of ALL 7 friction plates and install 3 additional friction plates (10 in total) to lock up the front aggressively, this is recommended for all applications over 800hp at the wheels or where the vehicle is used in motorsport.
  • Replacement of filter/strainer unit.
  • Replacement of seals with OEM Nissan items.
  • Replacement of bearings with majority OEM Nissan items, some bearings are discontinued from Nissan and are sourced locally from a reputable bearing store.
  • Full inspection of all remaining components and report if anything is worn/needs replacement (replacement parts if needed are charged at an extra cost, but the customer will be advised of any additional costs once inspection has taken place).
  • Transfer Chain replaced.
