Pfitzner Performance Gearboxes - Synchromesh Gearset 1st-4th for GTST / GTR

One of PPG's most infamous gearsets, this gearset is a perfect upgrade for any Skyline owner who drives their car on the street, but is looking for a reliable gearset that will take abuse and serious power!

This gearset is much quieter than a dogbox and we have seen this exact gearset hold well over 1000hp without failure. If you want a synchromesh gearset that compromises on nothing, this is it! The PPG Synchromesh 1st - 4th gearset is different to its competitors in the sense that it is first, manufactured by PPG and second, that it uses the NEWEST Nissan Triple Synchromesh design with the solid keyways from the R34 GTT and Series 3 GTR (this makes a much more reliable and smoother 3rd and 4th gear setup and provides an edge over the other brands out there).

CRITICAL INFORMATION: If you are purchasing this for a 5-speed R32 GTR, R33 series 1/2  or R33 GTST transmission, then you will need one of our Synchromesh upgrade kits which you can find by clicking HERE (link will be up and running on the 29/09/23).

This PPG Synchromesh 1st-4th Gearset comes with:

• Input Shaft - 26-spline Heavy Duty
• Cluster Shaft (runs with 1st & 2nd)
• 1st Gear Mainshaft (Synchro Gear)
• 2nd Gear Mainshaft (Synchro Gear)
• 3rd Gear Mainshaft (Synchro Gear)
• 3rd / 4th Cluster Gear (Runs with Input shaft & 3rd

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

• PPG Billet mainshaft (recommended for hard launches or anything 650hp+).
  
• PPG Billet Centre Plate (recommended for hard launches or anything 650hp+).
• 1-2 and 3-4 billet selector forks (factory ones crack under harsh race conditions).
