TSS "R Chassis" E85 Engine Bay Fuel Line Kits are thoughtfully put together for your conveniance, this is a 5/16" Barb Fitting Kit that is comprehensive and adjustable to your needs. It works directly with your existing OEM hardlines and suits people on a budget but still want a reliable and presentable look. Option 1 - Base kit:

• 2 metres 5/16" E85 Safe 200 Series Hose (250psi Rated).
• 2 x Straight 5/16" Barb Fittings.
• 2 x 90deg 5/16" Barb Fittings.
  
• 10 x 5/16" Stainless Hose Clamps.
• This kit does NOT come with fittings for Flex Sensor or FPR6.

• Link ECU Flex Fuel Sensor - There are slightly cheaper options on the market when it comes to flex fuel sensors, however for our PREMIUM kit, link is the best option! It has a custom designed mount for the sensor that spaces the sensor away from the strut tower to give you enough clearance to access the hoses without them or your tools fouling against the strut wall. It is for this reason we chose link vs other flex companies who force you to mount the sensor so close to the wall that you have to unbolt it from the firewall just to access the hoses, it also makes installing a nightmare when mounting the unit flush and not offset.
• Syltech is an industry leader when it comes to sensors, their combo sensor comes in 1/8NPT with no silly adaptors necessary and a full alloy housing for the sensor itself. These sensors read both pressure (10bar) and temparature (-30 to 140deg). We highly recommend adding this sensor as you can wire it up to your ECU so that you can utilise safety features such as fuel cut if your pressure begins to drop or have issues, fuel temp is also a big thing to keep an eye on as it could be an indicator that your pump is getting hot and aerating the fuel (dangerous).
• Raceworks 1500lph Billet -6 Fuel Filter is a MUST HAVE for any vehicle planning to run E85. The filter is cleanable and replacement cartridges can be purchased online, we chose Raceworks due to their amazing quality. It also comes with a spacer/mounting bracket to ensure clearance when installing hoses/fittings onto it. 

CRITICAL INFORMATION:

• We offer a FULL ENGINE BAY FUEL KIT which is compromised of this kit, please see last image for reference.

• Assembly of hose and fittings are required, please familiarise yourself with using teflon braided line. There are a plethora of techniques and tutorials online and it is not difficult, the main thing is to use AN Spanners to not damage the anodizing, have a vice available or multiple spanners and an extra person on hand. Most importantly, use some form of tape such as electrical tape before cutting the hose to ensure the sleeve stays in tact and does not fray when cutting. 
• Slight Bending of the factory hardlines may be necessary to get the angles you need based of where you intend to mount your FPR and Flex sensor, the OEM Hardlines are quite strong and will not break or kink if you gently bend them.
• This Kit includes 2 x Straight -6 Female to 5/16" barb fittings for a -6 Fuel Filter and is not separable from the kit, this is because you should be running a billet fuel filter (pictured) with E85 fuel as the paper type filters will collapse over time and clog your fuel system.
